Mistakes That Experienced Network Marketers Make

If you have an established market and have become a part of the international market than it is vital you follow their system. It is in par with the company’s direction and is a time tested building system. Don’t “upset the applecart.” Should you do so your downline may not adapt and you as an upline are sure to run into trouble. Anyone thinking of entering into the network marketers field will certainly benefit from the experience of other marketers. Their mistakes can be avoided and their success duplicated.

New downlines are like newborn babies You wouldn’t leave them home alone would you? Downlines require attention when they just are starting since they are most vulnerable. Otherwise they can be head hunted by other companies experience feelings of rejection and become emotionally down. Whining can take place to the uplines when problems occur. They may become unwilling to learn or exert any “get up and go” in order to produce results. Time is wasted; money is not being made and a “crying” network marketer is weighing heavy on everyone’s mind.

If a downline is not contributing to the company financially or is not growing than another opportunity should be offered to him and his money refunded. Don’t give up. There are individuals who are willing to do a good job are willing to change and are willing to see that the company is as successful as possible. It is these individuals that you will constantly have to be on the lookout for and once found to hang onto as they become the prized target of other network marketers.

The definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results. It won’t happen. There are some downlines who refuse to change in order to reach their goals or there are some who keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different end results. You could encourage that person that he/she is doing good and not to stress over small stuff. Everything will work out and all it takes is time. Or…you could say that money is not being made and either you make the money and are willing to learn and to apply what you have learned or you “take a hike.” You need to make money and you need to grow in order to be successful as a network marketer.

Does Free Ever Really Mean Free?

These days you can’t help but stumble across the word ‘FREE’ whether actively looking to buy something or not. A marketer’s dream this overused term can be found emblazoned across press ads plastered throughout supermarkets and is frequently cited on the radio and TV.

Translated into more precise terms ‘Spend through the nose and well over the odds for one sofa and receive a smaller cheaper second version for free.’ Any savvy moneyminded consumer must undoubtedly see through this marketing speak?

Cynicism setaside surely there must be some genuinely ‘Free’ products or services out there? There are of course various ‘Free Sample’ sites that if trawled through can sometimes produce a free teabag or lollipop. Most of the time however there is some sort of competition process or hoop you’re asked to jump through to get anywhere near receiving something for nothing.
